This usage agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to E-Inforogers (P) Ltd. (hereinafter called as "E-Inforogers") and the individual user of the www.cricontest.com web site (the "Service") which are offered to such user by E-Inforogers. By using this site, you agree to the terms of this usage agreement just as if you had signed the usage agreement. 5. Jurisdiction. All disputes arising out of this Usage Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
